Refunds & Returns Policy – LotusStar
At LotusStar, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us or booking a healing session. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for both shop products and healing services.
Shop Products – Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., bath products, skincare)
Shop Products – Damage & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at
enquiries@lotusstar-healing.com so we can make it right. - We may ask for a photo of the damage/issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Shop Products – Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at
enquiries@lotusstar-healing.com.
Healing Services – Cancellations
We understand that plans sometimes change. Please see our healing session policy:
- Full refund – cancellations made 5 days or more before your appointment.
- 50% refund – cancellations made between 48 hours and 5 days before.
- No refund – cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
- Rescheduling – you may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment with no extra charge.

Refunds (Shop Products & Healing Services)
- Refunds are always made to your original payment method.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or processed your cancellation.
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 3–10 working days.
- Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For Healing Services, refund eligibility is based on our cancellation rules above.
